Information you choose to share

If you contact us, request a resource, or ask to try a product, you may share information such as your name, work email, business or store name, store domain, product interests, and details about your business workflow. Please do not send sensitive customer or payment-card information through general website forms.

Salor Stamp merchant data

To set up and operate Salor Stamp, we may store the merchant or outlet name, contact email, logo and brand settings, loyalty-offer settings, cashier authentication and session information, trial or paid-access status, and operational usage counts. We use this information to run the service, secure cashier access, provide support, and manage the merchant’s free and paid access.

Salor Stamp customer loyalty data

The basic Salor Stamp flow does not require a loyalty customer to give Salorworks their name, email address, password, or Salor account. We store an anonymous membership identifier, the merchant-scoped member code, stamp and reward transaction history, and wallet-related identifiers needed to issue and update the digital loyalty card.

This information is used to show loyalty progress, prevent cross-outlet use, process stamps and rewards, support undo and audit functions, and keep the customer’s supported wallet card up to date. We do not sell customer loyalty data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Payments

Salor Stamp card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes the payment-card details required to complete the transaction. Salorworks does not receive or store the full card number or CVC. We may retain payment-related records such as billing email, transaction or checkout reference, amount, currency, payment status, payment date, and the paid-access period so we can operate the service, provide support, prevent duplicate activation, and maintain business records.

Website forms and anti-abuse checks

Salorworks forms send the details you enter to us. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to detect automated abuse, and Resend is used to deliver transactional messages and form notifications. Some resource requests may be stored in HubSpot when the relevant page says so. Requesting a resource or a Salor Stamp setup does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Cookies and website analytics

We use a necessary first-party cookie called salor_cookie_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. It stores your choice, the consent version, and the time the choice was updated. We currently keep this preference for up to 180 days before asking again.

Google Analytics 4 is deployed through Google Tag Manager and is enabled by default unless you have previously rejected analytics. Google may process browser, device, referral, interaction, and approximate location information according to its own privacy practices.

You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control on the website. If you reject analytics, we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies and reload the page without loading Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics on subsequent page loads.

Service providers

We use specialist providers to operate Salorworks. Depending on the product or page you use, information may be processed by providers such as Vercel for hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for anti-abuse protection, Google for analytics and Google Wallet, and Apple for Apple Wallet. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

How we use information

We use information where reasonably necessary to:

• provide, secure, and support Salorworks products;
• respond to enquiries and setup requests;
• process payments and maintain paid access;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and cross-merchant access;
• understand product and website usage; and
• meet legal, accounting, security, and operational obligations.

Retention and sharing

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including support, security, transaction history, and legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, where required by law, or when otherwise authorised by the relevant business or user.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have shared, subject to information we must retain for security, transaction, or legal reasons. For Salor Stamp, contact stamp@salorworks.app. General privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@salorworks.app.
